- Accounting Service : 1% of your turnover. If your turnover is for example ZAR20,000 per month, our fee will be ZAR200.00. If your turnover is ZAR500,000.00 per month, our fee will be ZAR5,000.00 per month. We do not charge for uploading documents to SARS or CIPC, it is included in our monthly fee and includes your VAT returns, ITR12 and ITR14 returns. Our Virtual Assistant Service and Business Structuring Service are freebies to all our accounting clients.
- Crypto Accounting : Please contact us, for our fee will depend on the amount of trades which you execute. Some of our clients only have a few buy or sell orders per annum whilst others trade like bots in a day and the amount of work is directly related to the number of trades your do on average. Don't be alarmed, our fee will be fair unless you are Michael Saylor.
- Virtual Assistant Service : This service is free to all our accounting clients. Should your require to only make us of this service as a stand alone service, please inform us of your requirements and we will give you a fair price.
- Business Structuring : This service is free to all our accounting clients.
- Estate Planning, Asset Protection & Offshore Companies : These services links with one another. We will do a due diligence of your requirements and get all relevant professionals involved depending on your needs. This is not a one size fits all kind of service. For one client it can be a very simple local setup whilst for another it might include protecting a farm from expropriation via offshore companies in countries with the necessary signed BIT's in place. It all depends on the size of your Estate and the level of protection it requires.
